Introducing TRACE

Minds Europe Institute is proud to introduce TRACE, a new EU-funded Horizon Research and Innovation Action (RIA) project dedicated to addressing the critical gap between cancer research and real-world practice.

Over the next three years, TRACE (Translational Research in Action for Cancer in Regional Ecosystems) will work to ensure that evidence-based cancer awareness and prevention programs effectively reach and benefit underserved populations across Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

The remote kick-off meeting took place on October 13th, 2025, marking the beginning of an ambitious collaboration. TRACE will apply citizen science and living lab methodologies to co-create and deliver evidence-based solutions where they are needed most—improving the quality of life for patients, survivors, and communities across Europe.
